Charity Football Event

R&R Water Hygiene Services took part in a charity football event to raise money for Joseph Lillywhite’s Journey and to raise awareness for families that are affected by the childhood cancer neuroblastoma this past weekend .

R&R Charity Football Event

A team of 10 local men organised the 12 hour football marathon starting at 7am and running until 7pm at Soccer City in Leeds. The team rotated to play  in 1 hour long games of 5 aside against different opponents every hour. Teams entered the event from local bussinesses and all the teams that took part made a donation to the charity. R & R Water Hygiene Services were more than happy to support the event when contacted and not only entered a team to play in the event but provided the shirts for the 10 guys that played for the whole day. Local boxer (and R&R sponsored) Josh Warrington turned up with his english featherweight belt to play for the R&R Water Hygiene Services team and Leeds United legend Dom Matteo also donned the R&R shirt on the day.
